Project Aims

Student Learning Outcomes:

Student will be able to:

M3 – SLO 1: Explore relevant literature pertaining to the DNP project topic. (CO 3, 4, 5, 8)

M3 – SLO 2: Develop search terms and literature themes relevant to the DNP project topic. (CO 3, 4, 8)

M3 – SLO 3: Assemble relevant study methods from current literature pertaining to DNP project topic. (CO 3, 4, 5, 8)

M3 – SLO 4: Distinguish quality gaps and best practice standards around project problem. (CO 3, 4, 5, 8)

Course Objectives:

CO 3: Explore the role of a scholar-practitioner through engagement in scholarly inquiry.

CO 4:  Explore the DNP project topic through systematic literature review with the goal.

CO 5: Examine the significance of the DNP project topic to nursing, healthcare, and the practice of leadership.

CO 8: Utilizing the process of scholarly inquiry, design changes in nursing practice or the healthcare arena that will best serve a diverse population and workforce.
